The Loughborough College Executive department with Stephenson College are looking to recruit a Project Administrator to provide full programme and project management support to the office with a principle focus on the Stephenson College and Loughborough College merger.

The role will involve supporting managers of both colleges with the effective running of all projects, which will include; arranging and accurately recording project meetings, monitoring progress against plans and assisting with update reports to go to the Executive Teams and Governing Bodies.

To be considered for the role you will have project administration experience in a professional environment and have good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of people. You will also possess excellent organisation skills and have strong IT abilities, demonstrating confidence using all Microsoft Office programmes.
