Temporary - potentially until approximately the end of January 2019.
The Finance Team at Abingdon and Witney College has a vacancy for short term sickness absence cover in the Sales Ledger Team. The post holder will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Setting up of customer accounts.
- Processing and distribution of sales invoices.
- Following up outstanding debts.
- Issuing of debt letters.
- Dealing with queries.
- Dealing with debt collectors.
- Production of statements and emailing or posting of these to the customer.
- Month end procedures.
