Working week: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Main responsibilities:

  • Helpdesk call logging
  • Providing timely responses to queries, incidents and problems
  • Escalation of calls to relevant Helpdesk/IT staff
  • Completion of allocated tasks from daily procedure list
  • Reporting high priority issues
  • Ensuring ITIL processes are adhered to
  • Maintaining e-documentation
  • Managing expectations of users who have logged calls
  • Dealing with users who have experienced an issue with the IT systems
  • Prioritising issues and workload
  • IT Department administration tasks as required

Things to consider: 

  • Full clean UK Driving licence or currently learning to drive will be required as travel between sites is compulsory 

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths A*-C/4-9 or level 2 equivalents.
