Information Officer

The RNN Group incorporates Rotherham College, North Notts College, Dearne Valley College and its five subsidiary training organisations. The Role

The Information Officer role is a key part of our College Information Services team, dealing with enquiries from potential students both by telephone and face to face. This position gives the post holder a great opportunity to develop their career in customer service and administration. This is a high profile position as the post holder will be the first point of contact so it's vital they make sure that our customers have an outstanding first experience of the College. 

Have you got what it takes?

You will need to be proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused with excellent listening skills. You will need to be a confident communicator and ideally have experience in customer facing position. You should have good IT skills and have a passion for customer service.
