This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at CU London.
You will lead, manage and develop the CU London academic team to ensure they are highly effective, reflective, efficient and generally high performing across the full range of performance metrics. You will lead on the review, enhancement and development of the existing academic provision. You will also lead on new programme developments, major amendments and where necessary managed withdrawal, ensuring changes are aligned to current and future demand, informed by necessary data, and enable student recruitment targets to be achieved. You will ensure the curriculum and its delivery is fresh and contemporary informed by and contributing to best practice in the sector.
You will be expected to demonstrate a flexible approach to work. The ability to manage competing priorities and workload is essential. You will be expected to proactively take ownership projects as required to ensure successful delivery, as well as working as part of a team to ensure the successful delivery of larger projects.
You should possess excellent IT and communication skills, and the ability to work to deadlines is essential for this post.
You will be expected to work 36.5 hours per week and this may include evenings and Saturdays.
