HMP Coldingley’s education department are looking for an experienced Performing Manufacturing and operations (PMO) lecturer / tutor / teacher to deliver Performing Manufacturing Operations to a diverse group of learners within the prison. As a Lecturer within our Milton Keynes College Offender Learning team you will help to develop a strong Engineering and Manufacturing programme that meets the needs of the learners, prison and Milton Keynes College.
As a highly motivated individual with excellent Engineering or Manufacturing Skills, you will use your current industry experience to support and inspire learners to develop confidence, skills and experience and achieve Manufacturing and Operations qualifications, which learners can then apply to gain sustainable employment upon release.
You will be delivering up to Level 2 City and Guilds qualification in engineering, sign making, print and other manufacturing processes.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated lecturer / tutor / teacher to deliver high learner success, through effective teaching and delivery in Engineering and Manufacturing. This vacancy would suit a highly motivated Performing Manufacturing Operations teacher, with a can do approach to education.
