Student Data & Systems Officer (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking a data & systems officer to provide efficient and effective administrative support for the management of student data within the College Registry, including the development of student data systems to disseminate accurate and timely student and management information College-wide.

This role would suit an exceptional individual who has the drive and commitment to develop, maintain and administer the system in a fast paced and challenging environment. You will need to have excellent attention to detail and the ability to carry out and deliver developmental work on the student record system to provide excellent user experience.

The main priorities will be the HESA student return, inputting data through rigorous validation processes before submitting, resolving problems and queries. Basic SQL knowledge and database structure is required.

The role will include the design, development, configuration and testing of the system and in particular new or enhanced functionality through new modules and upgrades. You will support and contribute to the review and improvement of systems processes, have data quality responsibilities and system administration duties.
