Employer: SW Turner Process Mechanical Pipework Installation Specialists
Apprenticeship level: Intermediate
Apprenticeship duration: 2 years
Possible start date: 26th Nov 2018
Working week: Monday – Thursday 07:30am – 4:30pm Friday 07:30 – 3:30pm. Total hours per week: 40.00.
Candidate will be required to work with Stainless & Carbon Steel pipework & bracketry.
All aspects of pipework fabrication to include:
- Cutting
- Grinding
- Preparing pipe
- Welding a variety of metal pipe and/or bracketry for site installation, as per drawings provided
- Any other duties as directed by Fabrication Foreman
Desired qualifications
- English and maths Grade C (Grade 4) or above (or equivalent Functional Skills - Level 2) preferable but not essential.
