About the role.

The curriculum area for Performing Arts are recruiting for a Programme Leader.

The role of a Programme Leader is to lead on the delivery of a specific programme equipping our students with skills for their future through the delivery of outstanding education and training and inspire students to achieve their potential. You will play an important role in providing pre and on-course guidance that supports learners through to successful outcomes. You will therefore undertake activities which will include course management and organisation, learner interviews and enrollment, and other marketing and public relations activities associated with the course. This may include liaison with parents and guardians, schools,industry, the community and other organisations to identify requirements,promote the College and recruit learners.

Have you got what it takes?

You will have Performing Arts vocational experience and hold a relevant qualification at degree level or above along with a teaching qualification. You will need to be highly motivated, proactive and committed leader with a good understanding of Further Education. You will need to demonstrate high levels of resilience to positively embrace the current challenges within the sector. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of effective course performance management and raising quality and standards.
