We wish to recruit an Admissions Administrator to support the work of the Marketing & Business Services team with responsibility for the admissions process.
An Admissions Administrator is required to work in the College’s busy Marketing and Business Services team. The team has a track-record of providing an outstanding service to enable people to find out what the College has to offer specifically with regards to admissions and applying to join the college as a student. The post holder is responsible for planning and organising the annual admissions administration process and must be able to plan and manage multiple deadlines across the academic year. The post requires an individual to provide a first class front of house admissions service to applicants and their parents/carers which is strongly customer focused, with a high degree of commitment, organisation and problem solving skills.
The role also demands developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with local schools ensuring the college promotes all its courses and extracurricular activities to schools and potential applicants to help meet student recruitment numbers.
