ILR (Individualised Learner Record) Assistant

About the role:

The ILR Assistant role is a key part of our Management Information Services team, dealing with the cleansing and administration of college data. If you are looking for an opportunity in which you can develop your career in data administration, then this could be the perfect role as you'll develop these skills, whilst working in a College that has been recognised by OFSTED as investing in staff development. The role is critical and the post-holder will work as part of the ILR team and contribute to the effective delivery of a high quality enrolment service. It will include the coordination of data collection requirements throughout the academic year, working closely with academic and support staff to ensure that an accurate and responsive service is provided. The position will help the College achieve our mission to provide skills for the future of our students and community, through outstanding teaching and learning.  

Have you got what it takes?

You will need to be proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused. It is essential that you have accurate keyboard skills and an eye for detail. You should be competent using Microsoft Office. You'll be able to manage conflicting demands, working within time pressures to complete day to day operational tasks and achieving these in line with tight deadlines.
