Business Intelligence Support Officer

About the role.

This technical specialist role offers the successful candidate the chance to gain significant experience and responsibility in the Management Information Services Unit within a busy customer focused data and funding team.The post holder will have the opportunity to support and develop the Business Intelligence systems and work with the Business Intelligence Manager, curriculum managers and subsidiaries to support them in achieving outstanding results for our students.

Have you got what it takes?

This role requires a person that has strengths in IT with a customer focus. You will need to have experience is a similar role along with a track record to show that you have these skills and meet our key objectives. You will be expected to have strong data analysis skills, an innate problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills. You should be a confident report writer and ideally have experience in advising and assisting colleagues and stakeholders.
