We are looking for an experienced HR caseworker to join the busy HR team at Abingdon and Witney College. The role includes managing a caseload including performance management, attendance management, disciplinary, and grievance for specific departments across the College. Working with another HR Adviser and the HR Business Partner, you will ensure a consistent and pro-active approach to employee relations issues. The role involves providing consistent and timely advice to employees and line managers, liaising with Occupational Health and other external bodies. It is also a requirement to keep accurate and up to date case notes and therefore attention to detail, professional communication skills and an awareness of employment law and best practice are essential for this role.
