HE Art & Design Lecturer

We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated individual to the role of Lecturer in HE Art & Design. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding area of the curriculum, which boasts continued learner success and achievement.

The department of Creative Arts, Digital & Data Visualisation, is a large dynamic area with a reputation for high quality teaching, learning and skills development, within a culture of excellence and innovation. The area offers a diverse range of curriculum including computing, art and design, creative media, music technology and performing arts, across all Further Education levels up to Higher Education BA (Hons) Degrees.

We are seeking to appoint an industry experienced, skilful and committed lecturer in art & design (Graphic Design). You will be required to teach L4 Visual Communication, L5 Design and Production and provide technical support, at all levels?.

You will be a motivated, well organised team player with a demonstrable high level of commitment to student satisfaction and success.

The successful candidate must hold a good honours degree in Graphic Design or a relevant subject area, along with a postgraduate certificate in Learning & Teaching in HE or Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy or willing to achieve within a set time period from appointment.  You will also have experience in teaching at HE level.
