We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated mentor to support the Coordinator to achieve the smooth functioning of the Gateway Centre (in Abingdon) for students aged 14 -19 years old
This is a varied role and requires a dedicated individual who is keen to help young adolescents who require assistance in overcoming barriers to learning to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with other staff members and Learning Support Assistants in order to ensure that all students progress back into mainstream education or employment. Our aim is to enable all students who access the Gateway centres to aspire to gain relevant qualifications as part of individualised study programme as well as developing skills essential to life after education.
