The Prince’s Trust Team is an opportunity which changes lives, it is a course which supports young people to improve, not just their academic skills, but also learn invaluable life skills so that they can positively progress. This is an exciting new venture for the college with two successful teams already taken place, so we are keen to see it continue to succeed and grow across the county. You would undergo top class training run by the Prince’s Trust so that you can develop your own skills in this area. The Prince’s Trust programme provides young people with an opportunity to re-engage in learning, participate in community projects to reach their full potential. In the role, you will develop and deliver the 12 week programme and work closely and effectively with local agencies and organisations to recruit team members.
