With a new, dynamic management team in place, together with our planned partnership with Abingdon & Witney College, there are exciting times ahead that will allow us to continue our journey as a forward thinking and passionate college who strive to deliver the highest quality student & employee experience.

Agriculture students make use of an extensive range of practical resources as an important part of their course.  These include nearly 500 hectares of commercially farmed estate on a range of soil types. The arable enterprise includes a variety of crops including wheat, oats, oilseed rape, forage maize, lucerne and grass. With sheep and beef livestock enterprises, the College also has an extensive range of agricultural machinery and specialist workshops for machinery maintenance, arc, MIG, TIG and oxyacetylene welding.

If you are educated to HNC level or have equivalent vocational experience within an agricultural discipline, NPTC in Tractor Proficiency, hold or be prepared to work towards and achieve a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education),  have obtained a minimum of grade C or equivalent in GCSE English & Maths, and are committed to, and have evidence of, CPD, we would love to hear from you! 

Duties will include the teaching and training of students and other client groups to quality standards set by the college, tutoring and management of one or more courses or groups of students, along with development of agricultural courses. Further requirements of this role will be to participate in internal verification, auditing and other quality monitoring processes to ensure learners, customers and clients receive exemplary service.
