Student Disciplinary/Wellbeing Administrator
37.5 hours per week (8.30am to 5.00pm)
Fixed term for 18 months

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced administrator to join us supporting both the Residential Safeguarding Manager and the Safeguarding & Wellbeing Manager by providing effective administrative support to ensure the smooth organisation of the non-academic disciplinary process. You will also be responsible for providing wellbeing support by organising awareness raising events and wellbeing activities.
Having overall responsibility for the coordination of the non-academic disciplinary process, you will get involved with organising student disciplinary and panel meetings, organising meeting packs for the panel members, taking minutes of the meetings, preparing outcome letters and updating Hartpury IT systems accordingly.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the coordination and management of the appointments diary for the Wellbeing Team and will provide support with the organisation of the annual WellFest Event and mini WellFest Events throughout the academic year.
With a proven track record in administration, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, together with a positive and professional manner. Given the nature of this role, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential as is the ability to prioritise work effectively and to work to deadlines on your own initiative. Experience of working in an educational setting is desirable.
