Examinations Assistant (Term Time Only)

About the role.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the RNN Group for a Examinations Assistant. The post holder will be a key part of our Examinations team which sits within the Management Information Systems Unit. You will assist learners and help them to achieve their potential by providing academic departments and learners with key administrative services and advice. The post-holder will contribute to the effective delivery of a high quality examinations service, including the registration, collation and management of all examinations, assessments and certification while working closely with academic and support staff to ensure that an accurate and responsive service is provided. 

Have you got what it takes?

You will need to be proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused with excellent data entry skills and an eye for detail. Ideally you will have experience in a customer facing role and be able to manage conflicting demands and tight deadlines. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be adaptable and flexible.
