Compliance and Timetable Officer
We are seeking a well-organised individual with good customer service skills to co-ordinate and administer the College’s timetabling system and the compliance functions within the Funding team.
The role will involve undertaking the start of year timetabling and processing amendments throughout the year, maintaining the College’s central rooming data and providing a room booking system for staff. You would also collect and monitor data captured from registers, resolve staff queries and prepare for audits, ensuring all data is compliant with College policy and ESFA requirements.
You will need to possess administrative experience gained in a busy, customer-focused environment, with excellent organisational and time management skills. You should also possess strong IT skills, including the use of Excel and systems/databases, excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with staff across the College.
