Reporting to the Principal, you’ll have strategic responsibility for the Curriculum, Teaching and Learning, Quality and Learner Experience across the College, and your background will ideally reflect this mix.
The successful candidate will show that they understand the learner journey and the important contribution that learner support activities can make. We are seeking an experienced FE leader, fully conversant with current inspection frameworks and quality management systems, you’ll know what it takes to achieve and maintain outstanding performance. Experience of being the College nominee for Ofsted will be advantageous.
You will be able to develop and share a strategic vision and engage others in achieving it, however fast-paced and changeable the operating environment. You should also hold a degree and a teaching qualification. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious FE professional to gain broad and varied experience.
