Marketing and Events Administration Apprentice

Apprenticeship duration: 12 months

Possible start date: 19th November 2018

Working week: Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch between 1pm and 2pm. 20 days holiday (of which 3 must be taken at Christmas). Total hours per week: 35.00

Reporting to the Marketing and PR Manager you will be supporting the efforts of the Marketing and Events team in promoting LCP services to both potential landlords and tenants.

Supporting the Events and Marketing team duties will include:

  • General Administrative tasks
  • Updating social media
  • Checking brochures and leaflets
  • Checking and placing advertisements
  • Press releases
  • Emails
  • Taking photographs
  • Editing the website
  • Market Research
  • Conducting surveys
  • Assisting at Exhibitions, Conferences and Events

Desired skills

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Confident use of Outlook, Excel and Word
  • An interest/experience in photography would be advantageous

  • Confident in manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Good timekeeping
  • First class time management

Desired qualifications

  • GCSE (or equivalent) maths and English A-C
  • Pool cars are available so a driving licence would be advantageous
