Lecturer - Fabrication and Welding

About the role

Working within a well-equipped facility and leading a small team, you will be delivering theory and practical sessions to Further Education, Higher Education and Work Based Learners. You will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and help your learners fulfil their potential. This is a real opportunity for the successful candidate to develop both the curriculum and links with the community & business for the benefit of the learners.

Have you got what it takes?

The successful candidate will have at least a HNC/D qualification in a Fabrication or Welding subject and a proven track record of working in their relative industry along with subject matter delivery experience. Possession of a teacher training qualification and the TAQA assessor award would be a distinct advantage. You must be passionate and professional with the ability to bring the subject matter to life while engaging with a wide variety of learners.
