Lecturer - Health & Social Care

About the role

You will play an important role in developing creative resources to inspire outstanding learning and will have high focus on positively promoting employability skills for learners working towards health and science programmes from Level 1 to Level 5. You will be responsible for tracking learner progress to promote positive outcomes for learners. You will positively embrace change and equally understand the challenges faced within the Further Education sector.

Have you got what it takes?

You will hold a relevant qualification at degree level or above, along with a teaching qualification. You will have the ability to deliver a quality teaching, learning and assessment experiences across a range of levels in Further Education. It's essential that you have experience of teaching health care subjects and have vocational experience in the Health Care sector. You will need to be passionate and engaging with the ability to bring the subject matter to life and make it a positive experience with a wide variety of learners.
