The post is full time and applicants should have recent experience of supporting students with their pastoral and progression needs within an educational environment.

Applicants must be passionate about supporting students in the FE sector, and be committed to ensuring that our learners make the best possible progress. As such, applicants must also have a good sense of humour, the ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
