Apprenticeship level: Advanced
Apprenticeship duration: 2 years
Possible start date: 22nd October 2018
Working week: Monday – Thursday 06:45am – 16:50pm. Total hours per week: 38.50.
The main duties of the Apprentice will comprise the following:
- Working with the Quality Manager to maintain the quality and health and safety systems
- Good Inwards, in process and final inspection using a variety of measuring equipment
- Dealing with supplier issues
- Other duties/tasks as required by the Company

- Ability to use initiative
- Ability to implement, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- High level of organisation
- Ability to communicate with a range of people at varying levels within the company
- Ability to work well as part of a team to resolve problems and recognise when to ask for support
- An eagerness to learn new skills and meet the demands of vocational learning
Desired qualifications
English and Maths Grade C (grade 4) or above (or equivalent FS Level 2)
Essential - Level 2 Engineering qualification
