Technician in Fashion and Textiles (Part Time)

Location: Adams Building (City Campus).

The Creative Faculty at Nottingham College is a vibrant and successful learning environment across three different academies. These are Media & Photography, Visual Arts & Fashion and Music & Performance. It offers students the opportunity to study a wide range of creative subjects from levels 1 to 6. The environments are friendly and supportive with excellent teaching, and good classroom facilities.

We are looking for a technician in Fashion to facilitate across a range of associated courses. This could be from L1 to undergraduate study. Up to date technical skills, including pattern cutting, knowledge of sewing machines and general textile knowledge. In addition, experience of managing budgets, carrying out risk assessments and involvement in procurement. The role is for 0.8 (4 days a week). The days would be Mon-Thursday.
