An opportunity had arisen to join the IT & MIS department. The successful candidate will assist in the delivery of first and second line IT support across all College sites, in accordance with agreed processes, procedures, service level agreements and targets. It is essential that you have experience in a computing/customer service environment, English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C or above and Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Office 365/ Windows / Android/ iOS applications.
