Lecturer in 14-16 Education (Alternative Provision)

The college is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer to deliver learning activities to Key Stage 4 pupils who have been, or are on the verge, of permanent exclusion from school.

The role will involve planning, delivering, and reflecting upon lessons within specialist subject(s), aimed at young people who are disengaged and/or present challenging behaviour. The role will involve working as part of a wider team to challenge learners to make positive progress in all areas.

This role is not specific to a single subject area, but there is a preference to be able to cover one or more of the following subjects:

• Psychology
• Business Studies
• Sport/Physical Education
• Media/ICT
• Art/Design
