Leeds City College ITSS department has a vacancy for a technically competent IT Support Team Leader, with excellent customer skills. We’re looking for someone with experience of leading teams in an education setting to manage a team in one of our Trust academies. You’ll be a key individual helping to run a successful IT support service, liaising with staff at all levels of the organisation as well as our own internal teams across the college and the Trust, as well as some third parties. Being able to effectively manage IT change as well as organise your team to ensure our challenging SLAs and customer service targets are met, will be critical to your success.
