Salary range £65,308 - £73,014

Westminster Adult Education Service (WAES) judged by Ofsted Inspection as “officially good and on our way to outstanding” is the largest local authority adult education service in London and one of the largest in the country.

We provide life-changing learning opportunities for our learners through our further education qualification courses, apprenticeship programmes and extensive community based provision.

You must be an exceptional senior leader who can to help us to shape and deliver our plans for a truly outstanding adult education service in central London, inspiring, challenging and empowering our learners, local communities and staff teams. 

You will work closely with the Principal, Governing Body and the Service Management Team to drive forward a challenging agenda of curriculum growth, ensuring that WAES makes a significant contribution to the educational, economic and social developments in London. 

You will have significant experience at a senior level, a track record of raising standards and delivering an exceptional service, whilst working collaboratively with a range of partners in a manner that supports the ambition and values of WAES.

You will have the commitment, drive and ambition to achieve excellent results, making a real impact on the progress of our learners and our work with employers and key stakeholders.
