Fixed Term Maternity Contract (6 months).

We are looking to recruit a full time Level 3 Programme Manager for our Equine Division on a maternity cover contract basis, initially for 6 months, subject to review before the end of the initial contract period.  Reporting to the Curriculum Manager, Equine, the Programme Manager will oversee the delivery of the Level 3 curriculum combining operational management and teaching and ensuring the best possible experience for students through consistently high teaching standards and services.

The successful candidate will be an experienced educator, able to teach across a range of subjects at Further Education level. With a minimum of a BSc Hons in an equine related subject (or equivalent) you will also demonstrate extensive equine subject knowledge. You will be a professional, hardworking and confident team player with strong organisational skills and an innovative and inspirational approach to engaging learners in and out of the classroom environment.
