Receptionist & Admin Assistant
1 Year contract with possible renewal.
The College is looking for a receptionist to support its daily operation by providing information, advice and guidance to visitor , staff and students and also offering a professional, warm and friendly first point of contact for everyone attending the campus.
As a receptionist, you will be contributing to the running of an efficient and responsive reception service, which will support the professional image of the College.
You will welcome visitors, & deal with telephone and email enquiries, support students by directing them to appropriate member of staff or offices, administer the car park permissions for staff, students and visitor's parking process and also contribute to the clerical process relating to the above indicated responsibilities or as may be needed.
As a receptionist, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, good ICT knowledge and ideally some experience in customer service.
You must be friendly, professional and approachable.
This is a full time position but you will be expected to work on a rota, which could include some evening and Saturday work.
