You will be experienced and highly skilled in a quality management role. You will have demonstrable leadership skills and enjoy the prospect of shaping your team, as well as raising standards across the FE colleges in the group. You should enjoy working in a matrix-management structure and influencing the practice of others. You’re probably someone who is extremely organised and thrives on taking a systemic and innovative approach to achieving positive outcomes for stakeholders, colleagues, students and the organisation.
