Working week: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm, 37.5 hours per week
Are you looking to start a career in Human Resources? Do you have good interpersonal and problem solving skills? We have opportunities available with employers who want to recruit apprentices to work within their HR Department.
The successful candidate will be working within the HR Department and providing support with the following:
- Understanding organisation structures
- HR legislation and policy
- HR administration support
- HR team functions and processes
- Dealing with HR queries
- Developing solutions to HR problems and escalating complex issues
- Maintaining staff details on computer systems
- Handling sensitive situations professionally and confidentially
Entry requirements
GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English & Maths (desirable)

Employers are looking to offer a permanent position within the organisation depending on a satisfactory probationary period and completion of the Apprenticeship programme.
