Working week: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, 37.5 hours per week

Do you enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues? Are you organised and self motivated? We have a number of employers within the Milton Keynes area who are looking to recruit apprentices for their businesses offering good career prospects.

The successful candidate will support colleagues with their daily tasks including:

  • Dealing with incoming telephone calls and emails
  • Passing messages onto relevant colleagues
  • Communicating with customers by telephone, email or face to face
  • Undertaking various administration duties including filing and data entry

Entry requirements

  • Usually GCSE Grade C or above in English & Maths (or equivalent) depending on employer requirements
  • Predicted grades will be acceptable

  • Attendance at College
  • Online learning and independent study in the workplace
  • Regular visits from the College into the workplace
  • Observations and assessments in the workplace
  • End Point Assessment 
  • Ongoing training and support from the employer
