Chef

INTERVIEW DATE: 3RD OCTOBER 2018

We are seeking to appoint a Chef to work within Colours fine dining restaurant. You will be a highly organised person with excellent kitchen management skills, who thrives on achieving consistently high standards whilst also demonstrating financial acumen, flair and creativity in preparing quality meals.

You will also be involved with assisting our catering tutors with the training of students. This presents an exciting challenge for a self-motivated individual, capable of sharing their knowledge and experience with the next generation of catering professionals.

The successful candidate must have:

  • An NVQ level 2/3 in a relevant subject or City & Guilds 706/2 and 706/3.
  • A Food Hygiene qualification.
  • Substantial experience of supervising with a fine dining kitchen.
  • An in-depth background in the Catering industry.
