Job Coach – Term Time only

Term Time only (36 weeks), Weekend and evening working may be required when business needs demand.

We currently have a vacancy for a passionate individual to join our team as a Job Coach. Working with individuals and small groups you will support students with learning difficulties and disabilities to maximise their potential at the College and employment.

Applicants will be able to evidence previous experience of working with young people with learning difficulties and disabilities. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience of supporting young people with additional needs to transition successfully into paid employment. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of a range of additional learning requirements and have excellent English and maths skills. You will demonstrate a genuine interest in supporting students to gain work placements. Ideally you will also have a flexible approach to work in order to meet the needs of the role and our students.
