Income and Credit Control Manager

We have a great opportunity to join our team as an Income & Credit Control Manager on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.

To lead the delivery of a group wide income team that maximises income recovery through efficient and accurate invoicing processes and successful collection of outstanding debts. Leading a team to deliver excellent performance and outstanding service direct to customers (internal and external) in line with the vision and values of the organisation.

In order to do this role you will need:

• AAT part/fully qualified
• Level 2 English and Maths
• Experience of managing an income team
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Able to prioritise tasks and work towards deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel and knowledge of financial IT systems
• Customer Service skills
• Managerial skills including the ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow
• Ability to foster teamwork among team members
• Good communication skills
