1 year Fixed Term Contract.
The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative support to the PA who supports the Principal and Senior Management Team.
The main responsibilities of the job are as follows:
- To provide administrative support to the Principal and Senior Management Team.
- To maintain an effective filing system and initiate systems which will enhance the extraction of information when required by Senior Managers.
- To assist in coordinating the Senior Management Team diaries.
- To undertake routine duties such as typing and photocopying, as well as receive open and distribute incoming mail and deal with daily correspondence.
- To assist in provide a professional clerking service including, organise meetings ensuring agendas are produced and information and papers etc. are provided as required.
- To undertake specific projects and/or research as required by the PA to Principal and SMT.
