Apprentice Recruitment Consultant Level 3

To support our continued growth and expansion we are looking to recruit our next intake of Apprentice Recruitment Consultants with a view them becoming our future business leaders. Successful candidates will be provided a structured 12-18 months training programme with the option to work towards a level 3 qualification in Business Administration.

Main responsibilities will include:

• To Identify and qualify suitable candidates through our internal candidate database, online job boards such as Indeed, Reed, Monster, JobServe, Jobsite etc. candidate referral, social and business media.
• Translation of client job specifications into job advertisements and marketing them to prospective candidates.
• Pre-screen and prepare candidates ready for client interviews.
• Obtain and hold candidates right to work, compliance and background verification documents in accordance with GDPR policies.
• Management of the recruitment process through to candidate onboarding.
• Administration of our recruitment CRM and applicant tracking system, Salesforce.
• Work to and exceed (reasonable) pre-agreed KPI’s (Key performance indicators) monthly.

Things to consider:

• £10,000 - £12,000 first year OTE (on target earnings)
