The successful candidate will be providing support with the following duties:
- Using Microsoft packages to produce routine correspondence and standard letters
- Maintain the filing system and other appropriate administrative systems
- Answer telephone calls in a confident professional manner
- Receive visitors ensuring that their queries are dealt with promptly and messages passed to the appropriate people
- Learn and follow all company processes and procedures for the purpose of effectively fulfilling business functions
- Deal with customer complaints ensuring they are dealt with politely, promptly and fowarded to the correct people as appropriate
- Communicate with customers over the telephone, face-to-face, webchat and email in order to build business and ensure customer satisfaction
- Any other general clerical duties as required by other members of management team
- Willing to undertake further training and personal development to the benefit of the individual and the company
- Request and maintain records
- Provide administrative support
- Deal with incoming and outgoing post
- Assist with administration of finance systems
- Maintain general staff areas
