Dudley College of Technology are an ‘Outstanding’ college, as graded by Ofsted and are actively recruiting for a full-time Property Maintenance Trainer/Assessor. The role requires the implementation and delivery of bespoke construction based training courses, including: basic brickwork, carpentry and plumbing etc. This role requires professional course delivery to the maintenance staff of a well-known national organisation.
The job role requires the delivery of courses held in the Midlands area, although the ideal candidate could be expected to travel and stay away, if required. The suitable candidate will have experience of delivering these or similar courses already
The ideal candidate will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and hold construction based qualifications or equivalent experience in areas such as Brickwork, Carpentry and Plumbing. Knowledge of underground drainage would also prove advantageous.
Due to the high profile nature of the role, we are looking for an experienced Trainer/Assessor, ideally with A1 or equivalent and PTLLS qualifications are desirable, please refer to the job description for further information.

A teaching qualification would be an advantage or a commitment to undertake this within the first year of employment is essential.
