We are looking for a driven and inspirational individual to join our Land based & Equine team who will work with the Programme Leader to provide supervision and guidance to a diverse team of Lecturers delivering a range of curriculum. You will contribute to the development of new curriculum and support the achievement of high quality teaching and standards across the area. This will be achieved through supportive observations and facilitating CPD activities.

You will be able to demonstrate significant subject knowledge of a relevant specialism such as Arboriculture, Agriculture, Countryside Management, Horticulture, Floristry or Equine as well as a high level of practical competence. You will possess nationally recognised qualifications in your area of expertise as well as GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent). You will also have a full UK driving license as you will need to be able to travel to a number of sites to oversee the area effectively. You will be a confident communicator and be able to develop productive and professional relationships with ease. You will be highly organised and a competent user of IT systems.
