Sessional Lecturer - Merchandising

The Fashion Buying and Brand Management course has been designed to give students both a practical and theoretical understanding of fashion buying, merchandising, sourcing, product development brand and quality management of the supply chain from concept to consumer.

The role includes tutorials, delivering lectures, assessment and contributing to course content.

The successful candidates will have worked in merchandising roles in a number of fashion based companies and be looking to take on additional work in higher education. Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential and the ability to translate complex sales reports into understandable data for students learning the skills of merchandising for the first time.

Candidates will ideally have previous teaching experience although this is not essential.
