Head of Holme Lacy Campus
Herefordshire and Ludlow College is a highly successful College with excellent outcomes for students, superb resources for learning and good financial health. The College operates from four main locations: Hereford, Ludlow, Holme Lacy and Shrewsbury. We provide a diverse curriculum to over 2,000 full-time and 8,000 part-time learners. This important position is an excellent opportunity to make a significant contribution to an already thriving College.
This post expects the highest leadership and management skills to lead the Holme Lacy campus, where you will be based. You will lead on curriculum, quality and finance. You will have responsibility for all staff at Holme Lacy and work closely with the Head of ICT and Estates to ensure the Campus is managed effectively. Current curriculum provision at Holme Lacy includes full-time, part-time and apprenticeship learners in the following areas:
- Animal Management, Agriculture, Equine and Forestry
- Blacksmithing, Farriery and Welding
The Head of Holme Lacy Campus will be an inspirational leader of staff, with a demonstrable track record of delivering excellent achievement rates. There will be direct line management responsibilities and a close working relationship with the Assistant Principal, Land-based Studies.
