Student Services Administrator

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Student Services function. Working in a core area of College operations you will support and deliver processes that provide students with a first class and seamless experience of the College. You will deal with all aspects of the student journey from initial enquiry, arrangement of student interviews, student offers, enrolments and student success through exam registrations and awards together with the handling of student bursaries. In addition you will be responsible for entering key student data onto our core systems.

You will have a minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent) and ideally a further level 3 qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service. You will be highly organised with experience of working in roles requiring regular customer contact and providing a first class customer experience. With a flexible approach to your work you will be a competent user of IT systems with a strong team ethic.
