About You

Are you a personable and motivated individual? Do you have administrative support experience? If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Coventry College!

We have a full time position available and one part time position (18.5 hours, (Wednesday / Thursday / Friday) both of which are term time only.

As the Faculty Administrator you will provide an effective, efficient and confidential administration support and secretarial support to the Head of Faculty, Programme Managers and teaching staff.

In this role you will be the key administrative link between the Management Information Systems (MIS) functions and the Curriculum teams, processing student information on the College Management Information Systems in a timely and accurate manner.

About Role

The successful candidate will have worked within a similar administrative role previously and will be able to work under pressure.

You must be an effective communicator who is confident when dealing with people at all levels. Good IT skills and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential and you will be able to demonstrate good organisational and administrative skills within this role.
