About the role
As a result of the recent teaching management restructure, we have an opportunity for an outstanding practitioner who can lead and motivate staff as well as expand and develop curriculum provision.
Working across both campuses you will take responsibility for the day to day management of the motor vehicle and engineering curriculum area and be responsible for the quality of provision in that area. This will include the effective line management of staff and ensuring that the area is compliant with all quality processes.
The post is full-time. A flexible approach to working is essential.
About You
You must have teaching experience in a relevant subject area. You will also have experience of applying quality improvement and assurance processes as well as tracking and monitoring a wide range of learners on a number of different programmes.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant teaching qualification and a Level 3 qualification in a relevant area as a minimum.
