This is an exciting opportunity for a Curriculum Quality Programme Manager to support our journey to outstanding at Leeds City College. As part of the central team, you will support curriculum departments in delivering the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will lead on the development of assessment practice and standardisation, ensuring compliance with awarding organisation requirements, college policy and procedure and internal and external verification and moderation.

You will have experience in using systems and processes for monitoring and maximising learner progress, which inform and deliver evidence based improvements. The sharing of best practice with curriculum teams will be crucial in driving quality assurance and improvement initiatives.

You will be an excellent teacher with a proven record of ‘good or better’ teaching, learning and assessment practice. As part of the role, you will complete observations of teaching, learning and assessment, which will inform the quality improvement and the sharing of best assessment practice.

We are looking for the type of person who is organised, has been involved in a quality role previously and can build positive relationships with colleagues to bring about improvements.
